The 69° static and 90° dynamic field of view provides an extremely wide field of view, allowing efficient assessment of the far periphery of the retina in a single examination, which is particularly useful for screening in clinics.
The 1.67× image magnification provides sufficient image detail for the evaluation of peripheral retinal structures, while maintaining a wide field of view for routine diagnostics.
The 0.60× magnification of the laser spot allows for more precise control of the laser spot size, which is important for reference or additional procedures using an ophthalmic lens.
The 20 mm working distance provides a comfortable balance between the lens and the patient’s eye, facilitating stable handling and fast examination.
Adaptation to small pupils and paediatric testing allows the ophthalmic lens to be used in infants and children, including screening for retinopathy of prematurity, where rapid assessment of the peripheral retina is required.
