The Digital High Mag ophthalmic lens is designed for high magnification examination of the retina, macula and optic nerve disc using a slit lamp. It is suitable for clinical diagnostic applications requiring high resolution images and accurate assessment of the posterior pole.
With a static field of view of 50° and a dynamic field of view of 70°, the central retinal area can be assessed in a single image, allowing the ophthalmic lens to help speed up diagnostic decisions in clinics.
The 1.30× image magnification allows detailed analysis of the macula and optic disc structures, which is particularly important for the assessment of glaucoma and neuro-ophthalmological disorders.
The 0.77× magnification of the laser spot provides more precise control of the laser spot, increasing the safety and precision of the procedures using the ophthalmic lens.
The working distance of 13 mm provides sufficient space for stable focusing and comfortable handling of the slit lamp in daily clinical practice.
The high magnification and sharp stereoscopy allow a clear view of the optic disc, the optic nerve and the retinal nerve fibre layer, which makes the ophthalmic lens particularly suitable for glaucoma screening and disease monitoring.
